When you would like to order a model directly from us please contact us and we will reply as quick as possible.

You can order in three ways :

1. Through the orderform, your order will be redirected to our mailbox and in general we will reply you by email within 24 hours to confirm the order, we will specify the shipping cost and shipping options, and send you payment instructions. The order form does not use a check-out procedure for payment, nor is there any link to our bank or any financial data ;

2. Write us an email : rialtomod@hetnet.nl , for the rest the ordering procedure is the same as 1.

3. Give us a call or send Whatsapp / SMS message, leaving your email address so we can contact you by email, our telephone number : +31 6 16 27 22 27 , for the rest the ordering procedure is the same as 1.

Depending upon country of destination we can offer you an export price, in general this is for countries outside of the European Union. 

Though all our models show up as "in stock" in our gallery "Collection 1:43" that means that they are available, it it can always happen that a model is not directly available and must be re-ordered from the factory, but we will always advise you about that by email when you place an order. We will guarantee deliveries until end of series.

Models in our "Collection OOP" are Out Of Production and can not be re-ordered anymore.

Our models are no mass-produced items so we strongly believe in a personal contact with all our customers to achieve the best results and keep customer satisfaction on a high level.
